Our story

Two artisan brands, one South African-Dutch tradition

Wouter of Vonkel Wines imports the finest Méthode Cap Classique, the South African counterpart to champagne, made with the same traditional method in the winelands around Stellenbosch. Felix of Biltong Fix dries his biltong the South African way: slowly, with just the right spices. Together they bring the best of South Africa into one Christmas gift box, finished with a touch of Dutch refinement from Kampen.

Méthode Cap Classique imported directly from renowned South African wine estates. Every bottle is made using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, just like champagne, but with an unmistakable Cape soul.
